Vinous Antonio Galloni 94 points:The 2019 Haut-Marbuzet is fabulous. In fact, the 2019 is one of the best recent vintages I can remember tasting. There is an energy to the 2019, a feeling of vibrancy, that is compelling. Crushed flowers, sweet red berry fruit, mint, chalk and blood orange are lifted by bright acids and veins of tannin that need time to fully integrate. The 2019 is seriously impressive, to say the least.
Vinous Neil Martin 94 points:The 2019 Haut-Marbuzet has a wonderful, pure and enticing bouquet of red cherries, wild strawberry, Seville orange marmalade and crushed stone. The palate is medium-bodied, fleshy and ripe, with supple tannins and one of the most complex finishes I have encountered on this Saint-Estèphe. It might even merit a higher score with bottle age. The best Haut-Marbuzet in years.

These work in tandem with the acidic structure, creating an excellent balance! A full-bodied, lively, and fruity wine, possessing a healthy sense of composure. Magnificent!
